Practice practice practice. Find sample questions and keep doing them over and over and over. There are no shortcuts.

The key is to learn everything about paragraphs. Believe me, para jumble, summary, and the odd one out are actually the same thing, the skills need to crack them are the same. Getting better in jumble means you are getting better overall. The best time tested way is to practice more and more. They are more about logic than knowledge of the language. There are lots of quality videos in YT where it shows how toppers and VA freaks approach these questions. Complement practice with these videos(5-6 hours of content)and trust me your VA marks will shoot up. I have been having 90 % accuracy in the VA section compared to 65% last month. Do try it!
