The question is very time-consuming and it would be advisable not to attempt such questions in exam conditions. Anyway, I would share the approach and you can try.
Let the number be 'abcd'. Since it is given that number is divisible by 11, so (a+c) - (b+d) = 11K. Here k can only be 0 or 1. This is because if k is two than the difference between the two terms should be 22 which is not possible. So we have two cases
(a+c)-(b+d)= 0
or |(a+c) - (b+d)| = 11.
For each case, we have to figure out the values which satisfy these equations.
Ttry it and you would agree that it's not worth attempting.
