How helpful are the sectional tests? Are they on par with the actual CAT?

My score doesn't cross 40 in VARC for sectional tests. I comfortably score 50+ in TIME VARC series. any insights?

VARC is definitely very hard

they are very tough as compare to the actual cat exam

At par with CAT level.

I guess the sectionals are the only mocks on par with CAT Level, as I'm able to score in them only. :)
