see in real cat you find level of difficulty of questions ranging from easy to mod then mod - difficult. you will find passages that. are very easy based on your conceptual understanding and value for that particular topic so in cat its is not about exam is tough its about. selecting the right passage and attempting it with an accuracy and talking about daily sectionals passage level is above the cat . sometimes it looks easy but the options are very close , so then comes the difficulty for selecting the right option and please check the past previous year paper.
I just want to say that varc section is all about practice and comprehend the passage.So if you comfortable with the passage or sectionals that you are currently doing then you should try harder passages,also if you are not comfortable with the passages then give your best to understand and score in those tough passages.There is no tough or no easy passages in here,its all about your perception.Try best to score in any type of passages.ALSO REMEMBER "IF YOU ARE BEST IN THE ROOM THEN YOU ARE IN THE WRONG ROOM".
