Hi...i am having trouble in identifying the title and tone of the passage despite of revising the basic idea again and again...kindly suggest me some way for this

The title will be something that validates the main point/purpose of the passage. Read the opening paragraph and the closing one again to really understand the author's intention if the above method doesn't work. The tone of the passage can be identified from the author's disposition about the idea being discussed. Look out for strong statements(both positive and negative).
