11433 and 13721 are divided by a certain number and the remainder is same in both cases then find the number of possible divisors?

 Solution is --- 

Required number of divisors are divisors of 13721 – 11433 = 2288 = 16*11*13
No. of divisors of 16*11*13 = (4+1)(1+1)(1+1)/2 = 10.

 I am not getting why after calculating no of factors it is divided by 2. Should not the answer be 20?
