Hi Sir/Madam. I am an MBA aspirant. I really want your advice on my current scenario. I will brief it down below.

I am an average GEM with past academics SSC/HSC/Grad - 83/76/59.

Wrote CAT for first time with very little preparation in 2018 and scored 58%.
Worked hard in 2019 and go 90.34% - 75/94/92.
Couldn't perform well in other exams and rejected by MICA.

I am a 1995 born and a 24 year old now, working in a digital marketing agency with 30 months of experience now.

I wish to repeat and try harder to score 98%+ and try one more chance at a good B school. Can you please tell me which colleges should I target as per my profile? I know the BLACKIs won't call because of the profile but I desire to be in any good B school that will overshadow my past performance of acads and help me grow in my career. I am really concerned with my age, over experience & my bad profile. Also do B schools even have people with 3+ years experience?

Hi Uwais,
You would be surprised to know that there will be a few individuals with 4 and 4+ years experience in B-schools.
2-3years of work-ex is a common sight in b-schools.
Ideally, FMS, IIFT, XLRI and MDI would be ideal targets as they have no weightage for academic performance in the first round. Their criteria on academics even in second rounds are quite linient.
Since you have a strong profile especially related to management, a good performance in CAT, IIFT and XAT would mostly sail you through.

I will also recommend that you try to target the SPJ profile based call. 
Other colleges you should be looking at would include IIT-B, IIT-D, IIM-CAP WITH A SCORE OF 98.5+
Among BLACKI, You can have a shot at IIML, IIMC with a score of 99.6+

FMS gives only 5% weightage to class X, XII marks. 
Yes, there are people in top B schools with 3+ years experience. All the best!
