Hi sir, In quants arithmetics i do the concept videos and follwed by tests. then i directly moved to the pyqs. but i do struggle to solve the pyqs. so should i first solve enough questions and then attmept pyqs?

The point of PYQs in daily tasks is to familiarize yourself to the level of questions asked in CAT. You should focus on learning with these PYQs rather than focusing on trying to solve them. After your daily tasks, practice the topic from study room to stregthen the topic.
