Hi sir . I am gem with 92.14 in 10th , 92.00 in 12th and 58 in graduation from NIT . I have 13 months of work experience but 3 months are training after graduation... Can I get blacki if I am starting now ... And percentile required for it...

With a 9/9/5 profile, GEM background, and around 13 months of work experience, your 10th and 12th are excellent, but the 58% graduation score is the major weakness, particularly for BLACKI. The 3 months of training may not count as regular work experience at some IIMs, for example IIM Bangalore excludes training/internship periods from its work-ex calculation.

Starting now is absolutely possible, but you’ll need a very strong CAT score to compensate for the graduation score. I would recommend 99.5+ as the main target, and 99.7+ if you want to seriously maximise your BLACKI chances. You can definitely target BLACKI.

But for most of of the other IIMs 99+ will put you in a strong position.
