You have a good overall profile. The 10th score is a little lower, but your 12th, graduation, non-engineering background and work experience all work in your favour.

For BLACKI, I would suggest aiming for 99+ percentile, and getting closer to 99.5+ would give you a stronger chance. For the newer IIMs, 92-96+ can give you some good options, while for other strong B-schools, I would keep 97–99+ as a target depending on the college.
