I'm targeting BLACKISM, XLRI what are my chances ?

Your academics are mixed your 10th and 12th are strong, while graduation is a weakness. The NC-OBC category and substantial work experience are positives, but as an engineer, competition for BLACKI remains high.

I would suggest targeting 99+ percentile, with 99.3+ as the safer target.

At around 99+, you can be competitive for several BLACKI calls.

For IIM Shillong and IIM Mumbai, you should also be competitive at this range, subject to their respective selection criteria.

Do not go by the cutoffs provided by the institutions. for eg. IIM Ahmedabad currently has an NC-OBC qualifying cutoff of 90 overall, but the actual shortlist is much more competitive than the qualifying cutoff.
