You have a decent overall profile, and your 2+ years of work experience is definitely a positive. Your graduation score is also good, although the 10th and 12th scores may make some of the most competitive IIM calls tougher.

If you’re aiming for the very top colleges through CAT, try to push towards 99.5+. Getting closer to 99.7+ would obviously give you a better shot at colleges like IIM A, B, C and FMS. For marketing, you can also look at IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, XLRI, MDI, SPJIMR and IIM Mumbai.

For XAT, try to aim for 99+ percentile if XLRI BM is your target.

Overall, you have enough work experience to build a good profile for MBA admissions. I would suggest you to focus on getting into the 99+ range and then let your work experience and interview performance add to your chances.
