Try following an approach wherein, instead of solving all questions in RC, try to spot those which are fact based or easier. I struggled with the same problem. But if you observe, you will make out that if we spend around 5 mins in reading RC, we spend almost 4-5 mins in deciding on 1or 2 tuff questions associated and getting them wrong even after spending the time. Instead, try skipping them, and invest your time on VA questions
