Hi In cat 2019 I have scored 90.5 percentile(70,97,90). 10th-90.3%,12th-83.3%,B.Tech-84.8%, I have work experience of 27 months till date. I have a query whether I should stay 1 more year to prepare, or shall I join any tier2/3 clg, as I am doubtful if work ex will have negative impact next year

Wait out another year brother. With 39 years next year and a percentile in the range of 99.5, you should be able to make it in the top 3 iims. Your profile is great, don't settle for a tier 2 and waste your potential. Wait another year
