Hi cracku team, Please suggest how to overcome the pressure while giving mocks, as i was unable to attempt the questions even though i very much know how to solve it. It's like if my DILR section attempt goes wrong, i panic and screw up my quants also which is my strong arena for scoring.

Hi CAT is an exam which tests how you perform under pressure and the way o overcome this pressure is to attempt more number of mocks and sectionals . Considering the time left I will not suggest you to take a lot of mocks as you have to be fresh for the exam and you should not feel burnt out on the day of the exam . Try to take the test with as cool mind as you can and try to take the exam as 3 sectional tests, after every section take a minute break drink water and start the section, even if your previous section went good try to be neutral and don't get carried away and if you did not perform well in the previous section don't pressurize yourself try to be neutral again or in the same frame of mind and completely focus on remaining section or the one which is in your hand at that point of time . Try to be in the same frame of mind for the entire paper and just take it as 3 sectionals where each sectional has its importance and equal weightage .
