Hi, 42 is a good score in VARC. Although this varies based on the difficulty level, try to achieve a score of 45 in this section consistently. (In CAT 2020, a score of 42 in VARC was needed to achieve 99%ile in the section. But, as mentioned, this may change based on the difficulty level of the exam).
