Payment Debited but Cracku Mock Test Not Showing in Account

Hi Cracku Team,
I have purchased the Cracku Mock Test package and the payment has been successfully debited from my bank account. However, the mock test package is still not showing in my Cracku account, and I am unable to access it.
Please check my payment and activate the Mock Test package on my account.
I can provide the transaction ID and payment screenshot as proof if required.
