Hi, a quick question, when we have the equation of lines of the three side of a triangle, how do we claculate the area?

* and the perimeter

One way is to use formula of area of triangle. (Just google it, can't type it here, its a determinant). Another way is to solve the equations, get points, find distances, and solve for area and perimeter for a regular triangle.
