Your school academics are decent, and your Anthropology background gives you a non-engineering advantage. Since you’ve only recently started working, your work experience can also build up by the time you apply.

If FMS and BLACKI are your main targets, aim for 99.5+ percentile, especially for FMS and the more competitive BLACKI calls. 99+ can still give you a shot at several top IIMs, but pushing beyond 99.5 would be a much better place to be with your profile.

Focus on improving significantly from your 80 percentile and getting your CAT score into the 99+ range. Your non-engineering background and OBC-NCL status can work in your favour.
