Hello team...I got 81 percentile in CAT 2019 ,have 5 yrs of work ex. presently not working. should i start job again and give one more shot to CAT or settle for some tier 2 college with this percentile?

Why don't you go for executive MBA. you already got 5 years experience. Score high in GMAT. Start preparing from now itself.
