Hello! I have completed my bachelors and masters degree in Applied economics with more than 50% however I got an F in a subject(only one subject) in the 2nd year of my Bachelors, yet i passed out with a B altogether. I want to move forward with completing my masters from TISS. Am I eligible for TISSNET?
