I am currently a BCA student at Allahabad University (AU) and preparing for the CAT exam. I had a query regarding the MBA admission process.

My final semester (Semester 6) exams are usually conducted in May, but the results are typically declared around July or August.

In this situation, during the MBA admission process (especially for IIMs and other colleges), what should I do if my final result is not yet declared? Will a provisional certificate or proof stating that I have appeared for the final exams and that the result is awaited be acceptable?

Kindly guide me on how to handle this situation.

Yes, your provisional certificate will work and once you join your MBA program they you ask to provide details of your degree completion/final results within a stipulated period (typically within October). It is not going to be any issue.
