Since HCF(9000,X) = 60 and we can write, 9000 = 60 * 150 and X = 60 * a. Now by property of HCF 150 and 'a' must be co-primes with each other. Hence the Euler Totient value of 150 will be the answer, that is Euler(150) = 150 *(1/2 * 2/3 * 4/5) = 40.
