Greedy dog story in english with moral

There was once a very greedy dog called Rocket. He was never satisfied with what he had and always begged to get more food. One day he was very hungry and went looking for food. A friendly shopkeeper gave him a bone to eat which made Rocket very happy. After picking the bone, he loitered around and crossed a bridge. From the bridge he saw his own reflection in water and mistook it for another dog with a bone. He got greedy and wanted to get the other bone as well and started barking at the water. Immediately the bone in his mouth fell into the water and he lost his bone. Moral of the story is "Never be greedy".
