Gadgil Yojana belongs to which 5year plan?

The third five-year plan is called Gadgil plan. It is implemented from 1961-1966 targeted to make the economy independent. It is also called Gadgil Yojana. Unfortunately, due to the Indo China war, it was able to achieve only a 5.6% target growth rate.
