Hi,

Let's assume initially we had 200 gm of grapes. So, 50 gm is pulp and 150 gm is water. At some stage, water percentage was only 50% of the weight. This also means that the other 50% is pulp.

So, water got reduced to 50gm or 100gm reduction. Thus, percentage reduction is 66%.
