Hi, please follow the steps in the same order to resolve it:
1. Make sure your browser is updated (Recommended browser - Chrome 118). Make sure your Windows version is 10 or above
2. Please try in incognito mode without any extensions
3. Please try in firefox latest browser
4. Please try from a different internet connection
5. Turn off antivirus (especially if it is avg) and try again.
