apply as many as you can and see which will fetch you better results. either you can read in bits and then move on the questions and see if you can answer questions based on what you read or maybe you can read the questions first and focus more on the points on which the questions are asked or read it twice and then answer the questions. there is no formula to master them it's all about practice and lots of reading. choose what suits you. these are just few suggestions and not a guarantee that they will help. just see what suits and proceed and go for it. hope this helps. :)
1.The long term plan is to read as much as possible within your tie budget keeping the other topics also in view - Better read varied topics from varied sources.
2. As far as the actual RC is concerned, the best is to follow Madam Kale's rule. Read each paragraph carefully and write down the summary in a line. Then go to the next paragraph and do the same. Once you finish reading the RC write down in one line what you feel as the main point of the RC.
3. Now read the questions and alternatives. Be going back and forth to the passage to search for the correct answer .
