Colleges to expect for exact 90 percentile? I am confused if I have to target the 85-90 bracket or 90-95 range of colleges. Please provide your suggestions.

I am assuming that you are general-engineer-male
The 3 colleges ideal for this percentile are IMI, IMT, XIMB
You can apply for IIT roorkee. Only in case of a fantastic profile(acads, work-ex), IIT-kgp is a viable option.
If you are willing to consider 85-90percentile college bracket, consider the colleges MICA, TAPMI, GIM & FORE in that order
