Work ex: 6 months. What is my chance to get call from any IIM or a tier 1 college

Hi, With your profile of General, 5/7/6 academics and 6 months work ex, the academics are the main challenge, especially the 57% in 10th, so BLACKI calls will be difficult even with a very high CAT percentile.

IIM Ahmedabad is particularly unlikely because its current criteria are heavily dependent on past academics and its shortlisting also has academic eligibility conditions.

For IIM B/C/L, I would keep 99.5+ as the target, but even at 99.5–99.9, calls cannot be considered guaranteed because of the academic profile.

FMS is actually one of your better Tier-1 options since its final selection gives 50% weight to CAT and only 10% each to 10th and 12th.

Keep 99.3+ as your target to have a shot at some good IIMs and Tier-1 colleges.
