NITIE has sectional cutoff of 91. IIT D is possible if you are from IIT/NIT. MDI gurgaon will call. Rohtak again will be impossible if you are general male engineer. You have good chances for IIT B and IIM Shillong

I think you have high chance in IIM Rohtak.Apart from that you can aim for MDI Gurgaon,SP Jain,NITIE,DMS IIT Delhi,DOMS IISC Bangalore,DFS(DU) etc.
