CAT Form query : In my 10th standard (CBSE Board) I received 7.6 CGPA having 5 total subjects, what should I fill out in Cat form under maximum marks ? 500 (since total marks of all papers is 500) or 475 (as per the formula) also how should i calculate the total marks obtained?

The multiplying factor for CBSE is 9.5, so total marks obtained is calculated it as (your CGPA)*9.5*5. So in your case, marks obtained is (7.6)*9.5*5 = 361. Maximum marks should be given as 500
