make it 99.37 next year, coz it's the tag that will be with you forever, but be prepared for vice- versa also.....as Uncertainity will always be there. I am considering this to be your first atempt.

It depends on your goals and aspirations. If you ask me, you should give it a try again, provided you can afford one more year delay.
