Can anyone explain me how conclusion 1 is true?

It is the case of either or. Since two of the conclusions are false and the letters are same we can consider it as the case of either or.

if both conclusion are wrong,than we look for 3 sign theories in which all > < = signs comes...just looks at the conclusions,all 3 signs were there..therefore it is a clear sign of either or conditions.
