Yes.. although the weightage allotted for work-ex(6 or 7 credits only) will be zero. But considering the majority of weightage is given to PI and written test its almost negligible.! :)

No, it is not compulsory to have work experience for PGDBA program. If you have,
it will benefit you to score weight-age for work ex.
