Best way to learn Quant?

I am learning concepts from concept videos and solving questions that come with the video.
I am doing concept tests
Then Question Videos.

After completing all concepts in a topic I am planning to take 2 to 3 topic tests.
Is this good enough?
Which should be given priority - Question Videos or Topic tests?
