Any good colleges for 70 to 75 percentile in CAT?Reappearing next year not an option

Colleges to apply for 70-80 and 80-90 percentile
Do make an independent study on each of the colleges in that range.
They have fluctuating cut-offs and many of these colleges have low ROI
So be thorough and very cautious when you apply
