Chance for which college exactly? CAT has a good bevy of colleges. With that score and the quota, you should get a college which you won't be disappointed graduating from. (Top 10). Also your school scores are great. You don't have too much to worry about.

Easily if the sectionals are clear. The bonus marks that have been given have made the sectional cutoffs a bit ambiguous. OA is clear for sure.
