First go for portion completion and then take topic tests, sectionals and mocks in that order. 20 is out of the syllabus that you probably haven't studied, its like me getting a 20 in Chinese language exam so take it easy!

demotivating yourself is worst than anything take deep breath and study more on your basics and practice hard than go for next mock. also it is normal to get these marks but not at all normal on being consistent on this score
