We know 40%= 2/5 and 60% =3/5
Now as per the given question
2/5(P+Q) =3/5 (P-Q)
5 will get cancel
so we get
2P+2Q=3P-3Q
We get P=5Q
Now (2P-3Q)/P+Q
Substituting P=5Q
We get :
(10Q-3Q)/5Q+Q
=7/6
