The difference between subsequent terms: 0,2,12,20,20,30,56
Now, these differences can also be written as:
0 = 1^2 - 1
2 = 2^2 - 2
12 = 3^2 + 3
20 = 4^2 + 4
20 = 5^2 - 5
30 = 6^2 - 6
56 = 7^2 + 7
so next subsequent term would be addition to it's number = 8^2 + 8 = 64 + 8 = 72
Therefore the next term in the sequence will be 153 + 72 = 225.
