For FMS Delhi, I’d recommend targeting 98+ percentile, with 99+ giving you a much stronger chance; FMS places 50% weight on CAT in final selection and also considers Class 10/12, SOP, extempore and PI.

For TISS HRM, your profile is also well suited, but remember that TISS HRM admission through CAT is a separate, highly competitive process. Overall, I’d make 99+ your primary CAT target.
