IIM Rohtak Selection Process 2025

Stage I: IIM Rohtak Application and Registration Process
The minimum eligibility for registering for the Post Graduate Program (PGP) (2025-27) is based on the candidate's aggregate percentile in the CAT exam .

Meeting these minimum percentile requirements does not guarantee shortlisting for the next stages.
Once you’ve viewed the cutoffs, you must register as follows:
- Make sure to register between December 21, 2024, and January 03, 2025 (11:59 PM).
- Candidates must create a login ID (user name & password) for registration.
- Submit the application form. This submission requires a non-refundable registration fee of INR 3095.
- Eligible candidates will receive an email for registration for the PI process for PGP Admissions 2025-27.

Stage II: IIM Rohtak Personal Interview Shortlisting
Those who have been shortlisted from stage I based on their CAT percentile appear for stage II. The stage II is the personal interview (PI) round. Details regarding the PI round, such as the interview date, time, and other essential instructions, will be provided in the call letters sent to the selected candidates. Further, make sure to prepare well for this round, as it carries 20% weightage in making the final admission decision.
Stage III: IIM Rohtak Final Selection List and Weightage Criteria

Stage IV: Provisional Admission Offers for the PGP Program 2025-27
The provisional admission offer will be made to select the candidates. The following procedure follows:
- Provisional admission will be based on the merit/rank list and seat availability in each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST, and DAP) as per the Government of India reservation rules.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive the provisional offer letter via email from pgpadmission@iimrohtak.ac.in.
- Candidates must accept the offer within the stipulated date and deposit the offer acceptance amount through the admission portal.
Stage V: Reporting and Joining the PGP Program 2025-27

IIM Rohtak Eligibility Criteria 2025
To qualify, candidates must:

- Complete the registration process within the specified timeline. This is:

IIM Rohtak Reservation Policy 2025
The reservation policy is as follows:
- Seat Allocation: Seats are allocated in accordance with the Government of India’s reservation norms. Categories include:
