IIM CAP Cut off 2025: The Common admission Process (CAP) for admissions in MBA/ PGP programs at various IIM colleges will be conducted this year by IIM Bodh Gaya. The IIM CAP 2025 will be conducted offline this year from mid-February to March 2025.
This year IIM CAP participating institutes include IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Jammu, IIM Kashipur, IIM Nagpur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy and IIM Udaipur while IIM Raipur and IIM Sambalpur will conduct their independent interviews.
IIM CAP Cut off 2025: Category Wise
The following table represents the latest IIM CAP Minimum Cut-Off as announced by CAP participating institutes for MBA 2025-27 batch. These cutoffs include the sectional and overall percentile required to apply for the PI and WAT rounds at the 8 IIMs.

IIM CAP Cut off: EWS Category
Cutoffs for EWS category is generally lower than general category. Even the sectional cutoffs are on significantly lower side than general category. As evident from the above table the sectional Cutoffs for general category is 75 percentile but for EWS the sectional category is just 55 percentile.

IIM CAP Cut off: NC-OBC Category
The overall and sectional CAT cutoff for NC-OBC category is on lower side as compared to the EWS and open category (general). The overall cutoff is almost the same as EWS but the sectional Cutoffs are little bit lower than EWS category but significantly lower than General category. It showcases the inclusion of diversity by CAP colleges which is significant for holistic cohort.

The overall and sectional CAT cutoff for the ST category is also lower compared to the EWS, NC-OBC, General (Open) and SC categories. Both the overall and sectional cutoffs are markedly reduced, with sectional cutoffs mere 25 percentile ensures good oppotunities for the students belonging to ST category. IIM publishes its cutoffs for CAP calls every year based on which aspirants are then invited for WAT and PI rounds.
