Rarely Tested

$$ (a + b)^n = \sum_{k=0}^{n} \binom{n}{k} a^{n-k} b^k $$
where $$\binom{n}{k} = \frac{n!}{k! (n-k)!}$$ is the binomial coefficient for $$0 \leq k \leq n$$.
