SNAP Eligibility Criteria 2024: SNAP is a comparatively easier MBA entrance exam than other popular entrance tests like CAT or XAT. Usually, it is designed as a speed-based test exam to assess the candidate’s time management and decision-making skills. Since 2017, SNAP has been held in online mode at test centres. Today we will discuss the SNAP 2024 Eligibility Criteria so that you can check if you are eligible and start preparing early on.
The Eligibility Criteria for General MBA programmes are as specified below:

In compliance with Government directives on disability guidelines issued by the office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities vide Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, SIU has reserved 3% seats for Differently Abled Category (DAC) candidates in all the programmes offered by all the Institutes of SIU.
The types of disabilities which covered are:-

(iii) Locomotors Disabilities
(iv) Mental Retardation
(v) Multiple Disabilities

The SIU has a reservation policy for students to all MBA programs at SNAP, except for the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which has a separate policy.

Ans. SNAP generally has 3 sections and a total duration of 1 hour having 60 questions.

Ans. The basic eligibility criteria for SNAP 2024 is that you should graduate from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks or if you are in your final year, then also you are eligible.
Q3. Does SNAP have reservations for OBC and EWS?
Ans. No. SIU conducts SNAP for its private colleges therefore it doesn't have a government-specified reservation policy for OBC & EWS. However, there is some reservation for SC & ST. You can check the details above in the article.
Q4. Can I appear for SNAP if I am in my final year?
Ans. Yes. Final-year students are eligible for the SNAP exam considering they will score more than 50% in graduation.
