I am Male OBC candidate. Passed out of Engineering in 2017. 4 Years of UPSC ESE preparation. Have 33 Months Work-ex as APM. Currently i have 6 Months gap. Profile 8/8/7. What are my chances for BLACKIM. What is the CAT percentile i should be targeting.
