Number of Even Divisors
## Formula
If:
$$N=2^a p_2^{a_2}\cdots p_k^{a_k}$$
where all $p_i$ are odd primes, then the number of even divisors is:
$$a(a_2+1)(a_3+1)\cdots(a_k+1)$$
## Usage
- Used to count divisors divisible by $2$.
