XAT Eligibility Criteria 2027
Xavier Aptitude Test commonly known as XAT is a management exam held every year by XLRI Jamshedpur to provide admissions to MBA aspirants. The exam is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on behalf of XAMI members and is held in more than hundred test cities. The test runs for 3 hours or 180 minutes and consist of four sections, namely, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge.
Candidate who want to appear for that XAT exam will need to clear the eligibility criteria established by the XAT examining body. This article explores the XAT eligibility criteria for XAT 2027 exam.
XAT Age Limit 2027
XAT exam do not pose any age restriction for candidates who want to appear for XAT 2027 exam. There is no age bar or restrictions for candidates wanting to apply for XAT 2027 given that they complete the other eligibility criteria like educational qualification, et cetera.
XAT Educational Qualification 2027
Candidates who want to apply for XAT 2027 will need to clear the following eligibility criteria related to educational qualification set up by the college:
- Candidate must hold a minimum three years bachelors degree from a recognized board or university in any specialization or field.
- While there is no minimum passing percentage, candidate must have passed in all subjects and must have a degree certificate to be eligible to appear for XAT exam.
- Final year students can also apply given that they must have passed all subjects and can produce the degree certificate when asked.
- International students including Foreign Nationals, Person of Indian Origin, and NRI can only apply to XLRI MBA programs through GMAT or GRE scores.

XAT Eligibility Requirements for XLRI Courses
XLRI offers various management programs to people from all walks of life and degrees. The three main MBA programs offered by XLRI Jamshedpur are Business Management, Human Resource Management, and General Management Program.

Who is NOT Eligible for XAT Exam?
Candidate who fulfil the following parameters will not be eligible to appear for XAT 2027 exam as follows:
- Candidates who have a two year degree or graduated in 1980s
- Candidates who have graduated from a non-recognized Institute or board
- Candidates who fail to complete their final exam examination
- Candidates to fail to provide their final graduation certificate in the given stipulated time period
- Candidates who fail to complete fee payment for XAT registration within the given time period.

What is XAT Reservation Criteria 2027?
While XAT exam does not have any reservations rule or adjustments related to category, the admission policies of various colleges that accept XAT score might apply their own category wise cut-off on XAT score. Unlike other management exams, XAT does not provide any category wise relaxation on the fee payment for the XAT exam. All the applicants must pay the same payment fee to apply for the XAT program.
