MAH CET CAP Rounds and Admission Process Explained
Students are only eligible for the CAP admission process if they have completed the required admission exams. After passing the exam, students have to fill out an option form in which they rank their desired colleges and courses from highest to lowest preference. Your place in the CAP round is decided by your rank and preference.
CAP Round 1
If you are given a seat that was your first preference, the system will automatically freeze it. This means that the seat of your first choice will be locked.
You must accept this seat within the specified period of time. Once you accept the seat, you will be ineligible for all further CAP rounds.

CAP Round 2
If a seat is given based on any of the top three preferences, it will be auto-frozen.

You must take admission and will be ineligible for future rounds.
CAP Round 4
This is the last round. The seat given here is final and cannot be changed.
